You can pass special instructions to the courier agency by contacting Flo Mattress at +91 7387887750. Your delivery happens through FedEx. If you would like to have express delivery you can get the delivery on the day of booking itself. In order to qualify for express shipping, you need to place the order before 3:00 pm. Express delivery is only available in Mumbai currently on select mattresses. Once you raise the request for a return, the mattress will be picked up from your house. You do not have to worry about packaging in this case. The pick up boys will get boxes to pack the mattress.
