Palmonas Shipping and Delivery Policy

Orders are processed and shipped within 24 to 48 working hours, though some items, like pre-orders, may take longer. For domestic orders within India, deliveries are completed within 3 to 5 working days, and we offer free shipping on all prepaid orders.

For international orders, delivery times may take up to 18 to 20 working days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.

Palmonas Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

Palmonas offers a 2-day return and 10-day exchange policy for a hassle-free shopping experience. If you receive a product in poor condition or with damaged packaging, please refuse to accept it and return the package to the delivery person.

You can raise an exchange request within 10 days of receiving the product. Once it receives the returned product, it will ship the replacement within 5-7 working days. Note that customized products are not eligible for exchange.
