- 2-1 Hrs prior to the booking: ?100 or 20% of the booking (whichever is greater).
- Less than 1 hour prior to the booking, no modifications can be made.
Plans didn’t work out? You can cancel your bookings too (unfortunately). The cancellation policies are:
- >6 hrs prior to the pick-up time: Rs. 100
- 6 hrs prior to the pick-up time: 50% of booking fee
- 2 hrs prior to the pick-up time: 75% of the booking fee
- If the cancellation is made after pick-up time, you don’t get any refunds.
