- Once the order is successfully placed, The status of the order in "My Orders">"View Details" shows as 'Confirmed.'
- After logging in on the top right corner, there is "track my order" button. By clicking on it, you can see the list of order. By tapping the particular order, you can see its status.
Kapsons Exchange/Return/Cancellation/Refund Policy
Refund:
If a refund request is approved, the amount will be refunded within seven business days
Cancellation:
- Orders or items from any order can be cancelled before it gets dispatched for delivery. However, once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
- If the customer placed an order using benefits like coupons or bonus points, it could also be cancelled before dispatch. The points/amount will be credited to the Royale Club account.
Return:
- The return should commence within 15 days of receiving the order
- The products should be returned in the original packaging unused and the delivered condition
- The tags on the item returning should be intact
Procedure To Return:
- Log in and go to "my orders" > "closed order."
- Tap "view details" and open order page
- Pick the items you want to return.
- Tap "Return Selected Items"
- Fill the reason for return
- Generate a return ID
- Download and take the printout of the return form
- Fill the return form
- Place this return form along with the returning items into a parcel

- Within five working days after receiving the returned products, the customer will receive a call to verify your return request.
Exchange:
Only size & colour exchange can be done. Exchange request should be initiated within 15 days after receiving the product.
Procedure To Exchange:
- Go To My Orders > Closed orders > View details
- Select the items you want to exchange
- Press the button that says 'Exchange Selected Items.'
- Fill the reason for exchange and generate an Exchange ID.
- Download and print the Exchange form and keep it along with the exchanging items.
- Rest of the procedure is similar to the return procedure.
