Shipping & Delivery

Most orders from Ellementry are delivered within 4-7 business days. If your order is above Rs.1000, then you’ll be eligible for free shipping. In selected pin codes, you’d even be eligible for Cash on Delivery. Once shipped, you can track the order on their website. If you wish to cancel an order, remember to do it before it’s shipped. Once it has, you can no longer cancel it.

Returns & Replacements

You can request a return or exchange in two conditions. One, if an incorrect product was delivered to you. And two, if there’s a genuine defect or damage. To apply for a return, you must send an email to care@ellementry.com withing 48 hours of receiving the product. In the email, remember to mention your order number, delivery address, and reason for return along with pictures. Once done, Ellementry will either send a replacement, or refund your payment within 7-10 working days.
