Mirraw Return/Replace/Cancellation Policy

An order can be cancelled within 24 hours after placing it by contacting customer support. A return or replacement request should be raised within seven days of receiving the order. You can return an item if the item is damaged or not the same you ordered. Items must be returned in their original condition. The price tags should be intact and should be in the original packaging as delivered to you.

To return/replace the product:

• Tap "My Orders" and select the order to return/replace
• If there is more than one item in your order, select the item you want to return or replace.
• Now select a reason from the reason menu and, if needed, add more in the Notes box.
• Upload the image of the product in case your reason for return is defective/wrong product. Once the images are approved, the reverse pick-up will be generated within 72 hours.
