Domestic Delivery:

All orders within India are delivered within 7-10 working days. BeAwara provides Free Shipping on orders above Rs.300. Orders of or below Rs.300 are chargeable for a Shipping Charge of Rs.50. COD services also are chargeable.

International Delivery:

Discover Return Policy

Customers can return their order within 7 days of the order delivery. All returns must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact. The product amount will be credited back to his/her BeAwara.com wallet or Discount coupons will be issued, once we have received the products and quality check is done. The refund of shipping and COD charges is NOT applicable. To self-ship your returns, you are requested to pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For returns, we recommend you to do it through a reliable local courier service. Please share shipping details on customercare@beawara.com with your Order ID mentioned.

For replacement, kindly follow the return procedure for the product you want to replace and then use the store credit/discount coupon we give you in Be Awara account to place the order for the new product.

For products without any manufacturing defect/ fault from our end, we are NOT entitled to bear the return shipping charges. However, with a charge of Rs.100, reverse-pickups can be arranged in cases of Dislike, Wrong Phone model Ordered, Incorrect size Ordered, or any such issue where we are not at fault.

Only the Purchased Amount will be refunded as a discount coupon to the Customer.

In the case of manufacturing defects, Customers are requested to share an image/video of the product received for verification purposes. We can process a replacement/ return only after a verification process is completed.
