Return & Cancellation Policy

Once you place an order, you cannot cancel or modify it, as Asics ships them as soon as possible. However, Asics’ Return Policy allows you to return a product if you are not satisfied with it. To initiate a return, you have to fill the Return Form in My Account on the Asics website. You will then be eligible for a Free Return, and the refund will happen within 3-4 days after they receive the product.

To return a product, you must ensure that it fills the following conditions:

1. It is not a sale item, socks, or an innerwear item
2. The Return Form is filled within 7 days since you receive the product
3. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
4. The item should be in its original packaging, with all tags attached.
