Once you like a property, click on the 'Book a Visit' option, choose the time, and get a free assisted tour of the house.
Or like we would say, Nest Away! All you have to do now is pay the security deposit, send your KYC documents, and get ready to move-in after 4 days.
Know The Booking Policy
After you have browsed, selected, and viewed a property, you can rent it within no time. You need to pay the Security deposit and submit the KYC documents only 4 days prior to the move-in date. In case the owner of the house declines your booking, you can either opt for any other property listed on Nestaway’s portal or claim for a full refund.
Notice Period & Minimum Stay
After your license start date, you are required to stay a minimum of 6 months, or you can vacate the house before 6 months after paying one month’s rent as early termination charges. A notice of 10 days also has to be provided before vacating.
Cancellation & Refund
While Security Deposits are refundable, Token Charge is not. You cannot cancel the booking once it's confirmed, but if you wish to move out after moving in, the Security Deposit will be refunded to you within 7 working days. The following deductions, if applicable, will be made from the Security Deposit:
- One month's rent as early termination charges if you wish to move out before completing 6 months
- A fee on pro-rata basis if you fail to serve a 10 days' Notice Period
- Any unpaid rent or utility payments
