Gozocabs Payment Options

Gozocabs Cancellation and Refund Policy
Customer can cancel a booking any time before the scheduled date and time of pickup.
However, customers are entitled to pay cancellation charges:
- If the booking is cancelled within 4 hours of the scheduled pickup date and time, it will be considered as "No-Show", and there will be no refund.
- If a booking is cancelled between 4 & 24 hours before the scheduled pickup 15% of booking amount will be charged as Cancellation Charge. The remaining amount will be returned within 21 working days.
- If the trip is cancelled due to substantial delay from the driver's part, the full amount will be refunded.
- Gozo Flexxi SHARE ticket can be cancelled anytime before 24 hours of the proposed time of the trip. If the trip is cancelled within 24hours pickup, cancellation charges are applied. However, if the Flexi share ticket is cancelled within the last 12hours of pickup time, there will be no refund.
The Cancellation Amount will be credited to Customer’s Gozo account as Gozo Coins. The customer can be redeemed partially or fully in the future booking.
- For a refund, the customer should contact booking details within thirty days.
- Booking ID that received via SMS or email after booking should be included.
- Refunds are usually processed within 21 days from the date of request
