Shipping Costs: Shipping is free for all orders within the UAE. There is no "minimum spent" clause. However, if you are based outside the UAE, a shipping fee of 60 AED will be charged for all orders under 200 AED. This will be added to your bill at check out. Any order above 200 AED is free of shipping charge.
For orders from outside the UAE premises, all sprii items will be subjected to import duties and taxes of that country. However, you will not be charged this at the time of placing your order. The shipping carrier will invoice this amount during the delivery of your items.
Tracking Order: After you place your order, you will get a mail regarding the shipping details. There will be a link to track your order as well. Hit this link to see the status of your order.
Delivery: Your order inside UAE will be delivered within 2-4 working days. For orders outside UAE, it may take 5-7 working days for delivery.
Sprii Cancel, Return, and Refund Policy
Cancel - You can cancel your order within two hours of placing it.
Return - Return is hassle-free. You can return an item within seven days of receiving it. Some items are not returnable. Baby wipes, undergarments, Diapers, Customized products, and swimwear are some of them.
Exchange - The site offers no exchange service. However, you can return, get the refund and order again.
Refund
- Out Of Stock: In case the item you paid for is out of stock the refund process will start immediately, and the amount will be refunded to your card wit in 48 hours.
- Payment By Credit Or Debit Card: The amount will be refunded directly onto your card. It may take around five days to appear the amount in your account.
- Payment Using PayPal: The amount will be refunded into your account in USD on the exchange rate of that day. This also can take up to five days to appear in your account.
- Cash on delivery service: If you opted COD, the refund would be in the form of store credits. It will take up to 48 hours for this.
Note that the promotions and discounts will not be reimbursed.
